This hotel is located at an excellent location right on Hampton Beach, just away from the main congested part of the marine drive, but very walkable to the busy area. There are a couple of adjacent eateries. Our oceanfront room was clean and tidy with a TV and refrigerator. No coffee maker or microwave in the room, but both available round the clock in the lobby. There was just enough parking spots, though tight-spaced. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and let us stay for an additional hour.
