very nice stay the staff was nothing but awesome and helpful stayed from a thursday to a sunday and had a great time not far from hampton beach great unbeatable pricing for the area staying conditions were great would go back again

Property is being renovated and they have done a good job in the room. Outside still in need of work which they were doing. Hot water never got hot. When I mentioned in the morning, desk said the room I was in on the end sometimes takes 10 minutes. Should have been told that on checkin.

Rough exterior, but great rooms

I was a little concerned when we pulled in because the exterior of the hotel is not in great shape. The building definitely needs some paint and the stairs to the second floor was not in great shape either. But I was pleasantly surprised that the inside of the room was in much better condition. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room was fairly large and the beds were comfy. The brown blankets were very soft and my kids in particular loved them. Overall it was very good value for the price considering how expensive everything in the area is.
