The valet company has had my car stuck in their garage for over 4 and a half hours with absolutely no solution in sight. The management has been aggressive and the valet threatened to destroy my car by driving it off a lift

The breakfast remains the weak spot. Poor choice of dishes, quality of food is low. Its not hard to make a good basic breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, with continental add ons.

We waited for 10 minutes at the entrance to the hotel and there was no one, the room given was spacious but the materials were very old, the location was very nice, but the pool in the hotel was not very high quality in the yon breakfasts, it was not like the hotels I had stayed in before, it did not suit Hilton.

This is an excellent location for Waterfire, which we could see from our room and access easily. Good strolls and delicious food all very nearby in the lovely downtown that is Providence. Would recommend!
