Where do I began? .. so my experience will definitely be different than someone else going because we came in the heart of the storm on Sunday not knowing how bad it was going to be and also not realizing that the hotel casino, any amenities would also be shut down with it… We were there to celebrate my daughter‘s 20th birthday. Enjoy the spa and of course, because of the storm, nothing was open… Checking in we were not told that there would be no food so our stay was from Sunday to Tuesday and literally thank God we brought some things with us, but if we didn’t, we probably would’ve starved… the staff and the reception area was very kind One lady offered to get salads from the staff room which of course we had to pay for but still she offered so that was kind. The rooms were clean nothing to write home about bed, bathroom refrigerator, and a tiny coffee maker.

First 2 morning we were awakened by very loud music,4th morning woken by loud banging on the ceiling. Told the MOD and he really didnt seem interested. We stay at this location 3 to 4 times a year because it's usually very quiet and convient but this stay was a little different

THE BED!! Its all about the bed and Bally's has the most comfortable and cozy bed I've ever slept in....better than home..thats the truth!! Room is always spotless and I always just fall into the bed, wish I could sleep here everynight, thank you
