Excellent service from all of the staff. Great, quality and delicious foods. A lot of option where to eat, make a reservation or first come first serve basis which is not even a 15mins wait based on our experience. We really had a blast staying at Dreams Natura. A really pleasant and wonderful stay! We will comng back for sure!

Food was really good, our favorite was the hibachi. Unfortunately, to be seated at the restaurants you pretty much have to have reservations. Room and property could have been a bit cleaner for my liking.

Here’s the good: - kids club - activities around are sufficient - a few restaurants are really good if you get to try them - no cards for towels or bands, pet peeve of mine Here’s the bad: - a lot of it is “app” driven, the human element is sometimes lost - if app doesn’t work, well that’s “corporates” problem - Mexican restaurant had poor choices for kids, no real nutritional value noted - be prepared to wake up as early as possible to get a chair - it’s wild - cruise ship like. - the U18 crowd need their own bar for drinks, waiting for 8 slushie drinks with different colours isn’t fun Overall I’d say ok - but not somewhere we’d return.

Horrible. Concierge was the only area of the resort that actually smelled good. Probably due to the air freshener. But the rest of it, smelled horrible. All the food served the location was not good. I figured we were in Mexico, how could they possibly mess up tacos and fajitas, well they did. They couldn't even get a basic hamburger to taste good. The water in the pool was dirty, there was a scaly film over it. They only have limited selection of beer, such as Heineken, dos x and a light beer. That is all. Every restaurant required a reservation, if you didn't have one you would have to eat at the buffet or get room service. This was the only time we have ever gone to a all inclusive resort where we actually lost weight because of the lack luster quality food served at the resort. The cookies at the Coco Cafe had no flavor. Which is surprising, how can anyone me up cookies. Not to mention the poor working conditions in that cafe The poor girls who work in the cafe have to endure the hot humid condition in the cafe. It seemed that the AC was never working at that location during our stay. The whole resort smelled like sulfur.. in other words it smelled like fart. The property has crocodile warnings around it. So if your looking to get bit. Head out to the beach and try your luck. I would not recommend this place not will I ever return

Hotel was nice and the staff was great. Food was on par with other all inclusives I've been to. Waterslides and lazy river were a great addtion for my 9 year old son. but I personally didn't vibe with this

Excellence day for families and couples. Great layout at the property with amazing food choices throughout entertainment during the day and evening was fantastic. Great entertainment staff and service staff on the property. I would definitely go back.

The property is nice & clean, the staff are very friendly & accommodating. The food is what you should expect at an all inclusive resort, the hibachi, Mexican & Italian restaraunts are pretty good, better then the usual buffet but you will need a reservation.

We generally enjoyed the stay and had a great week. There were a couple of disappointments. We'd stayed at Dreams resorts before and the food and food options were a highlight of our previous stays. That was not the case this trip, the food was good but below our experiences and expectations. The other issue was the number of weddings and how when a wedding was going on it shut down access to the pools and beach. There were multiple weddings most days that often forced all of the non-wedding guests into smaller portions of the pool and pool deck area.
