There are smoke sensors throughout the home specifically monitoring for cigarette, pipe, cigar, and marijuana smoke. We will impose a $250 ionize cleaning fee to remediate smoke damage inside the unit including the balcony. The ONLY designated area for smoking is located on the rooftop.
