I would not recommend this place. No in person or any communication. Paid for early check in and no one was around. Terrible beds and pillows. The good thing was the location.

Room 7 needs some work on the shower. It leaked all night . Dripping water . The place need some refresh . I know it's and old building but some fresh paint can't hurt .

The location is good, which is why I booked this hotel. There was no indication when I booked the hotel that it would require a nightmarish process to check in. I called for assistance 3 times and twice received help; the other time, no answer, I left a message but there was no callback.One of the two lamps in the room doesn’t work.Except for that, the room was fine.

The hotel is not maintained well. It is run down. Not overly clean. Our room was okay. Not enough towels (no one around to ask for more). Mismatched furniture that doesn’t complement the ambiance of the building. Bed was very uncomfortable. Stairs are wobbly. Carpeting really dirty. Difficult to book as well. On a plus note, it was in a great location. Lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops close by.

First thing,the hotel was hard to find, no parking for the hotel, 400 meters from the hotel have a pay parking $24 per day, there is no Reception, they check-in site was not working, we had to call to get the code for the door, AC was leaking water inside, 3:00am AC start to make braking noises wake me up, i had to shutdown the AC , it was one plug beside the sink stop working, i aske them to reset the breaker but no one came to do that. In general i will not book with this hotel again , and i will not recommended to otheres.this was my experience.

I would give this place a zero-star rating if I could. I left within five minutes of my arrival after seeing how unhygienic it was. Almost every wall in my room looked like it was minutes away from falling off, the bed was unstable, and the sheets were dirty, with strands of hair found on them. It seemed like the room had never been cleaned since the last guest left. The room I stayed in (unit 7) looked nothing like the photos posted by this property. It was a horrible experience, and they only offered a refund of $125 instead of a full refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Staying with family specially with kids, don’t. Very bad experience with bathroom, there was very bad smell my kids don’t even wants to use it. No proper communication unless it’s 911 situation. No receptions no helpline. It’s ok just coming for sleep but not for family. One more, no AC working and portable has terrible sound. No microwave as shown in picture

Personne ne pouvait me parler en français, j’ai essayé de téléphoner à plusieurs reprises pour des informations et je n’ai eu aucun retour d’appel. Lorsque j’ai eu un problème de clé c’était une anglophone qui m’a répondu. Aussi, le stationnement suggéré ne prenait aucun visiteur, j’étais prise à l’entrée. Il faudrait aviser que le stationnement à cet endroit n’est pas garantie. Par contre, la chambre était propre, bien équipée et très bien située.

The area was fantastic. The property itself seemed ok but our room definitely was not what i was expecting. My friend needed to plug in her sleep machine and there were no proper plugs in the room except one. We had to unplug the TV and drag a cord accross the room. The emergency exit went through our bathroom wich was scetchy and made us feel unsafe. The mini split needs to be cleaned. It was blowing black chunks of mold on my bed. I booked through a 3rd party site so i had no idea how to contact the property and it wasnt like these issues were going to get taken care of while we were there. The rooms needs an overhaul, walls cracked and looking run down. You could tell it was well cleaned so no complaints there. For the price this room needs some work.

Great location, small room (with a large bathroom). Virtually everything was unplugged -- good thing we didn't want the television, because the cord was behind a large dresser and hard to get to. The tiny kitchenette was fine. But the first night the air conditioner leaked all over our clothes and the floor. We cleaned it up but, as far as we could tell, when we reported the leak, all they did was give us some clean towels; they didn't even pick up the wet ones on the floor below the air conditioner. Only one parking location was suggested and it was full. We ended up purchasing a two-night pass to the garage from a helpful shopkeeper across from the entrance. That's below-average service by the hotel. And all communications were done online; no one was onsite. It worked ok, but it wasn't our preference.
