The apartment is located in a secure building that comes with an intercom system. Every appliances that you may need will be provided. The apartment is also well-kept and updated. The bathroom also comes with a ceramic shower equiped with a multi-jet spray nealy renovated.
Parking and public transportation are close by as well as bakeries, butcher shops, coffee houses, drugstores and a couple of grocery stores. You are only a few minutes away from the historical Champlain area, which comes with shops, restaurants and the access to the marina and its views.
