Great location!

Conveniently located with restaurants and shops nearby. Beds were not overly comfortable and were were a family of 4 and the room obly had 3 sets of towels. Hotel was very quiet.

We stayed there for 2 nights, the staff were great , the breakfast was excellent , the rooms were clean and comfortable but you have to ask them to change your towels because they only clean your room if you stay 3 nights and more.

A very bad experience overall at the property.I booked a Executive Suite and the sofa bed was absolutely crappy because of the mattress.It was so thin n run down, nobody could sleep on it.The metal frame underneath the mattress was poking through and hurting the back.Despite complaining the staff at the reception initially refused to help and said they can’t do anything as we had booked it through a third party, ie Expedia.After raising the issue escalating the matter, we were given a standard room on my repeated request.When I asked to adjust the tariff as were moved to a smaller room, they refused to help.Very cold and uncourteous customer service. We were told that most people would sleep on that flimsy thin mattress which had no support!
