very over rated over priced stayed 2 nights our room 432 was not cleaned also no towels available pool area 3 days hand sanitizer 1st floor empty requested our car from desk for valet pick up however front desk forgot to tell concierge waited 30 minutes no access to hot tubs second day in room coffee machine was broken we are experienced travellers this was absolutely our worst experience also the most we ever paid should have stayed econo lodge or days inn they always appreciate our business Robbie Arsenault Mary MacPhee from PEI

After being upgraded from section D to section B due to complaining of stuffy room a smelling pillows, we had a pleasant experience, the room was great with a beautiful view and spotless clean, but there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The floors and shower area weren't cleaned thoroughly during a 4 night’s stay and a few basic items weren’t restocked (TP, shower gel). A sign to clean the room was left before 10 AM, however, after we came back to an uncleaned room and complaining about it, it was half way cleaned by 3:30 PM, surprisingly the front desk seemed unbothered. It wasn’t enough to ruin the trip, but it did take away from what could have been an excellent experience.
