This spacious six-bedroom contemporary villa was designed for families and groups who want room to gather, relax, and enjoy Costa Rica together. Multiple levels and balconies create a wonderful sense of space and privacy, while the surrounding rainforest brings nature remarkably close to the home.

Monkeys regularly move through the nearby trees, and guests may also spot scarlet macaws, toucans, sloths, and other tropical wildlife from the terraces and balconies.

SIX SPACIOUS, FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED BEDROOMS

Casa Querencia offers six comfortable bedrooms distributed throughout the home's multiple levels, giving families, couples, and groups valuable privacy during their stay.

All six bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, providing a cool and comfortable retreat after days spent exploring Manuel Antonio.

Two bedrooms feature king beds and four feature queen beds. The thoughtful separation of the bedrooms allows guests to vacation together while still having their own private spaces to unwind.

A substantial dining table accommodates group meals, with additional dining and seating available nearby and on the balcony.

For an even more relaxing experience, a private chef can be arranged to prepare meals at the villa, allowing your group to enjoy dinner together without leaving your rainforest retreat.

One of Casa Querencia's most memorable qualities is its connection to the surrounding rainforest.

Monkey visits are a regular part of the experience, sometimes bringing them remarkably close to the villa's balconies and outdoor spaces.

Scarlet macaws, toucans, sloths, parrots, and other tropical wildlife may also be seen around the property, turning an ordinary morning coffee or afternoon beside the pool into something uniquely Costa Rican.

FLEXIBLE BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS

Casa Querencia can also be reserved in smaller bedroom configurations to accommodate different group sizes.

Regardless of the number of bedrooms reserved, the entire villa remains completely private for your group and is never shared with other guests. Bedrooms not included in the selected configuration remain closed and unoccupied.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY

• For last-minute reservations made within 60 days of arrival, housekeeping service is provided every other day. Additional housekeeping may be arranged for an extra charge of $25 per day through your host.

• There is no guest access to the villa's laundry facilities; housekeeping can assist with laundry during your stay.

• A refundable cash security deposit of $400–$500, depending on group size, is required at check-in to cover damage or missing items.

• All published rates include mandatory fees. No hidden fees.
