The hotel has recently introduced a policy of no daily room cleaning unless requested. So after a 3-day stay there was a lot of rubbish in my room and needed new towels. These could have been requested but at almost $400 per night and the star rating of the hotel I would expect that these things would be part of the service. I was told at check out that I could have requested daily room cleaning. Would have made a whole lot more sense to not ify me of that at check-in!

Sky high price for the room - thanks Taylor Swift - and shower is over the bathtub - so unsafe. Air con VERY noisy and either freezing cold or way to warm, no happy medium

We actually did not know just how easy it was to get to everything till we arrived, so we're so happy when we discovered this. The hotel itself was great, rooms comfy and very pleasant service. Food places all around and spitting distance to a Metro supermarket, so super handy. Easy to get to from the airport via PT, and we either walked to where we wanted to be, or caught buses, again a super easy exercise. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic hotel only issue was lift malfunction disabling all but 1 lift , a bit frustrating trying to leave. But overall a great weekend
