Love the new look and upgrades of the Embassy suite great locatio. Walk ability SVU to one of the biggest and busiest mall and some of the best restaurants in the area. The made to order breakfast omelettes is one of the best features of the hotel great stay, very pleasant..

My experience was awesome from my check in until my check out. The young man who checked us in, Jaylen Pulley, was awesome. He was very helpful and made the check process seamless. The room was great. It definitely met the needs of our group. Having the 530 to 730 happy hour was great as well. Really allowed us to start our evening off with a bang.

The property amenities were clean and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. The rooms are in need of a renovation. Our bathroom smelled like an old bathroom that just won’t come clean. Some fixtures were broken. The carpets and furniture were worn and in need of replacement. The room smelled dated and slightly musty. The photos online make the room look nicer than it actually is. But overall our stay was pleasant. I would choose a different hotel in the same price point next time though.
