I would not recommend this place unless you are on a really tight budget. The only nice thing about it was the kind person who checked us in. The room was dingy and smelled faintly of smoke. The smoke alarm was chirping and I had to borrow tools to disconnect it so we could sleep. There was constant noise throughout the night from other guests, and the whole place smelled like weed.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, it was dirty. The people there were shady anybody booking this hotel should not go there. I decided to walk places and I was in fear with the people that lived there on there do not go to this hotel room. and they charged $100 deposit because it was a non-smoking room which I haven’t gotten back yet. The room was disgusting dirty carpet disgusting bathroom no ice no breakfast even though-they promise it on the website do not book a room here it will be disappointed. I should’ve taken pictures, but I didn’t, but the room was disgusting.

DO NOT STAY HERE I stayed here for a school weekend trip, and this was one of the most uncomfortable and unsanitary hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel safe walking from my car to my room at night, and if it hadn’t been a football weekend with Parents’ Week (meaning everything else was booked), I would have left immediately. The room was filthy — the walls were stained, greasy, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned or painted in years. The microwave was rusted and burnt inside, with scorch marks that made it look unsafe to use. The fridge and surrounding area had visible dirt, sticky residue, and dust buildup. Even the bathroom counter had hair and debris in the corners. The overall condition of the room showed major neglect — peeling paint, grime buildup, and a lingering odor that made it hard to relax. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to present rooms like this, especially when charging standard weekend rates. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. Management needs to seriously deep-clean, replace damaged appliances, and improve the overall safety and maintenance of this property.

Dirty and not maintained

I’ve stayed in some dirty places but there was dirt on the walls and electrical wires hanging out of the ceiling. The bathroom was so stained and the curtain didn’t even cover the tub. It appears the rod came off and the repair job was just a big glop of spackle. The smell was of mold. The ironing board was even filthy dirty. The door hand chunks missing from the bottom. The staff at the front desk acted inconvenienced and not friendly. The elevator worked that was the only plus. The management can do better at cleaning and maintaining these rooms.

The property had a good score on Orbitz. But the property left a whole lot to be desired. I was afraid to touch the refrigerator. It looked unclean and sticky. The room also had a weird smell. The staff on check-in tried different rooms but ultimately, this one was what I wound up with. I was tired so I didn't request a different room. I had trouble with the key. Twice using the key, it waa red before it turned green. And then it stopped working altogether. Thank goodness this happened while the office was open. He was able to recode the key. Also the bathroom sink drained slowly. As if there was a clog somewhere. I would not stay there again. wanted to check out prior to the office opening, but there were no signs indicating how to do that.

The front office staff member that assisted me when I checked in was super sweet and helpful….. buuuuuut other than that I’m glad we only needed to sleep and wash the next morning because this was NOT a place I would have stayed and DEFINITELY NOT another night!!!!!! The pictures are probably from when this place was originally established because everything was VERY USED. In addition to the look itself the room was not properly cared for/cleaned by housekeeping. They did not complete the process!!!! There were crumbs on the floor (literally a whole section that couldn’t be missed by a blind person) and they didn’t even complete making the bed. So the gentleman that checked me in came to the room and completed the making of the bed and vacuumed. What he could not do, without a magic wand, was make the room look like the pictures or get the odd smell from the room and curtains (LISTEN it wasn’t my idea to smell them in the first place but when I went to close them the smell coming off of them was inevitable). I’ve booked extended stays before and have found some beautiful places (for less than I spent here) so I figured why not!?!? WellI’m got the WHY NOT on this one and I would NEVER book with or recommended this facility again!!!!!!! But the gentleman in the office deserves a raise because he was doing his job and others and was the BEST part of this experience. If I had the time to focus on booking elsewhere I would have and wouldn’t have bothered with a refund!!!!

I had 2 rooms. They were not side by side. They was on different floors, different sides of the building. The first room was dirty, when we got there. Air conditioning wasn't working. I asked someone to call me left my name and number several times for the manager didn't get no kind of response. I wanted a refund. Cause we didn't use but one room. No one still hasn't called me back.
