NC State University, PNC Arena, downtown Raleigh, State Fairgrounds, Cary are all within a 1-4 mile radius! Enjoy the comforts of the 900 SQF spacious living area and two queen bedrooms, complimentary drinks /snacks . The unit has one reserved parking, and visitors and street parking. Please note: There is an occasional smoke smell coming from the neighboring unit so please don't book if you are very sensitive . Parties, large gatherings and smoking is strictly prohibited and penalties apply.
