Cheguei no hotel perto da meia-noite e fui informada que teria que mudar de hotel em função de problemas no ar condicionado. Queriam me transferir para um hotel ruim da rede e não aceitei. Acabaram dando um jeito. O quarto das minhas filhas tinha cabelo nos lençóis, creio que não houve troca da roupa de cama. Não recomendo esse hotel.

Banheiro cheirava esgoto, não tinha shampoo nem condicionador, chuveiro só ligava em muito quente ou muito frio, encontramos um tufo de cabelos no banheiro assim que chegamos, toalhas e papel higiênico finos e duros e serviço de quarto bem fraco, não trocaram a roupa de cama em nenhum dia, apenas dobraram o lençol em cima da cama Estávamos lá para um casamento e pedimos para que a recepção apenas entregasse um manual para os convidados que se apresentassem (já havíamos contatado o hotel antes e disseram que poderiam fazer sem problema) e na hora os atendentes estavam com extrema má vontade e entregaram TODOS os manuais para 1 convidado para que ele entregasse nos quartos por conta própria

O hotel tem funcionário atenciosos, o café da manhã é bom, porém peca muito na infra-estrutura. Papel higiênico do pior que existe é a localização é bem distante de tudo… eu acho que não vale o custo benefício.
