We stayed there this past weekend for my son's swim meet. The front desk staff seemed nice, the pool was nice as well. However, when I went to lay down to put my daughter to bed, after about an hour I saw a bedbug crawling beside me on the bed. Then once I stood up, there were 4-5 more crawling on our pillows. I took pictures, told the front desk staff. The front desk staff member at first was initially apologetic, offered to move us rooms, but then started questioning if we had brought any food in - I got the impression he was insinuating we brought them in. I declined the room move, my son was really upset, as was my 2.5 yr old daughter. We ended up leaving the hotel at 1130 at night, and my son missed the rest of his meet. The second staff member did come to confirm the bed bugs in the room, said her manager had been made aware, and they wouldn't charge us for the room. Overall a horrible experience, and now that we're home, taking the time, energy and effort to clean and treat all our items has made me never want to stay in a hotel ever again.
