That was a memorable and awesome stay. The room is very clean and tidy. The bathroom has excellent facilities for disabled and aged people. The morning breakfast was excellent especially baking pancakes by my self

We tried a number of times to have the tv remote repaired/replaced and were told no techies were available on the weekend. So we were repeatedly give faulty remotes and whe. We checked out we were told we had been provided a good one. We were not and chose not to continue arguing and left.

Property and staff were very good. The room was nice but backed onto the elevator shaft so was a little noisy at night and starting again around 6 am. Did affect our sleep.

4th floor carpeting - what’s up with that?
Hallway carpets on 4th floor have major folds and tears and need to be replaced. Serious disrepair. Disappointed for a Hampton Inn. Otherwise OK.

Our stay was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big. Only complaint is that there were quite a few ants crawling (and some even on my son’s feet) as we ate.

Time to change the carpet.
The room was clean and comfortable. The main areas of the hotel were clean but worn out. The hallway carpet was in very bad shape (2nd floor).
