Clean Room, All the Staff are helpful and the waterpark is awesome. Celebrated our daughter's 2nd birthday. I'd say she enjoyed her time swimming and playing around the water park.

I sent an email to your hotel about the stay but didn’t include that we couldn’t get on email in our rooms had to go to lobby to connect and 50 percent of the time when the elevator was working the key card didn’t . Staff were excellent though . With all the inconveniences in the previous email I would like a refund .
