The hotel was a great place to stay, but there were guess there that was playing loud music and there was minor control of the situation. Other that we had a great experience there.

This is the second time I’ve stayed and the second time there were issues with the shower draining. The first time, I was told it was a plumbing issue on the third floor. This time I was on the first floor and again it didn’t drain well. I was showering in ankle deep water. We also requested a room away from the pool this time and were placed directly at the start of the pools hallway. Not really ideal for a toddler going to sleep.

The wifi did not connect. Other room were smoking and the smell in my room was awful. I had to unplug the phones in my room as children from other rooms kept prank calling my room. There were other guests smoking at every exit point. I went for breakfast in the restaurant, I was slow, I did not receive utensils and the staff was arguing in front of customers over mixed up orders. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past with university sports teams and had great experiences. This after this trip I would never return.

Wouldn’t Book There Again

The hotel was great. Pub was great. Staff were great. The only issue I have is that I booked that hotel specifically for pool and hot tub and it was over run all day and night by birthday parties that the hotel allows to be booked there. Couldn’t even get near the hot tub or pool so didn’t get to enjoy it. Needless to say it was a huge disappointment and I would never booked there again.
