Well to start. The breakfast was terrible hard bagels. Shared milk for cereal, disgusting coffee and not hot. The pool was closed, the gym was practically a closet. The room was dirty stains on the walls and floor. Refrigerator sat inside of a cabinet causing the fridge door not to sit right or close properly. The shower had no pressure and leaking from two different areas of the shower head. If I didn’t book it with no refund I would have left and not stayed there. They were not honest on amenities and breakfast not worth the money

The rooms were filthy, beds had stains that appear like blood, and what appears to be bed bugs. Hotel room was so unsanitary that my family and I did not stay and we left the residence. We were not accommodated for our dissatisfaction and we were forced to pay for the night we did not spend there. General manager was impossible to reach. The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I will never go back and neither would any of my friends, associates or family. Utterly disappointed.
