Full Week, Saturday to Saturday Rentals Only. Newly constructed end unit townhome abutting Lewes' finest par three golf course. Tastefully and beautifully appointed, this lovely 3-story rental home offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom! It offers open living on the 1st floor with a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and very comfortable living area as well as a powder room. There is also a screened porch offering gorgeous views of the golf course. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor with the master bedroom located on the third floor. Heritage Village offers a community pool and is steps away from the outlets and loads of shopping. It is conveniently located just off of Route 1 with easy access to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach and only 5 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park. The community of Heritage Village is restricted to a minimum of 7 days per rental. This home is also available as a short term rental through the off-season. Lewes Beach Vacation Rentals
