The location is excellent. Beach block and walking distance to everything the boardwalk has to offer. Parking pass is included. You can’t beat the price for a beach block hotel.

This location was great as it was close to the boardwalk and the main strip, so you could walk anywhere you wanted to go. For a beach vacation on a budget, your couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Lovely comfy hotel right by the beach. Had a cozy feel with a nice staff! Close to the board walk, the beach, and all the restaurants. Parking is a little hard to find or you pay for a meter but it was easy enough! Would definitely recommend

It has a bed and breakfast feel. We stayed on the first floor. Whenever other guests closed their doors, our door shook and made noise. They don’t have a parking lot, you have to find street parking that you don’t have to pay for. Not super convenient. Prime location though. Super close to the boardwalk, walking distance. The room served its purpose of being a place to sleep and store our stuff. Overall not a bad place to stay at all really.

A Dumpster in a very convenient location. If at least the Manager/ Owner would be welcoming, pleasant, polite or have some sort of customer service etiquette maybe you could overlook certain things but not even. Parking available for $25 a day but you can’t move your car, what a joke! Ice available for $5 Again steps from the beach was the only thing worth staying at this cheap motel!! Good luck having a full night sleep with the strong smell at the room.

The room was in ruff shape smoke alarm was hanging by a wire, big hole was in the bathroom door, wires hanging from tv, walls were marked up, people were screaming at each other in the middle of the night. Parking was another $25. Good location but in need of a good remodel.

Fine for the inexpensive cost. The lobby and room were dirty. The clerk was helpful once he came out of the back room. The toilet got plugged easily. I had to ask the clerk for a portable heater, which worked fine once I set it up.

This is among the worst experiences I have encountered anywhere in the US, marked by rude staff and a lack of customer service. You can hear people walking on the top of your head, noisy roof, drunk people can hear people talkingThe room was highly unsanitary, with stains across the bed and bedbugs throughout the space. The owner is quite rude and charges an extra $25 a day for double parking. With no room service, it is a complete waste of time and money, particularly when traveling with a child. I would not recommend it at all, since it is not safe for kids.

They should have paid me for staying there. It was last time nd bday weekend. Love and learn I say. Screen on window ripped and felling off blinds in room were broken what was the point of having them up. The room was small barely able to walk around bed. Hot water took long time to come on and didn’t last more then 5 mins. There’s cracks in the wall. Broken chair on patio. I would ask refund but that won’t happen. So a up heads to everyone out there don’t rent this place the worst ever. This listing should be taken down. It the one staff member was nice not clean and helpful with parking. DONT RENT THIS PLACE
