Silver Legacy is fine. Random inconveniences from time to time. In general it’s a solid place to stay. If you run into an issue, persistence is key. I reported a clogged toilet upon check in, they sent maintenance. Toilet was still clogging every time I took a number 1. Central location and generally a comfortable,central place to stay

The stay was wonderful, however when purchasing food at one of their restaurants to take back to my room, I noticed that they charged me a gratuity as well as a pick up fee. So picking up my own food ordering my own food online I still have to pay for that and they feel they deserved a tip Without talking to me first.

I would have given 5 stars, but I don’t like having to pay over $80 additional money for a “resort fee”, I don’t use. Also, their room key system has to get activated in the elevator. Ours didn’t work and we got stuck going to other 35 floors until we got back to the registration floor.

Hotel ok, parking not good.

Parking was a nightmare!! Never any spots, takes forever to park. Hotel room was very clean and nice. Pool was a mess, chairs and things everywhere with no set up etc. Man in the pool lounge cafe ignored us instead of letring us know when they opened. Service there was absolutely terrible.

Had to climb 8 flights of stairs twice bc elevator stopped working. Was given another room in different tower only to have no ac working. Was told at 6pm it would be fixed by the time I got back from dinner. 9:30 at night still not fixed. Was told by manager I would be waived resort fee for Friday evening, was even told at check out that I was given courtesy discount for my trouble, however when I saw bill the disc not reflected. Very disappointing stay.

Smelled like smoke everywhere. Older resort. Right in the middle of downtown with not a whole lot around it. Had good restaurants and coffee shops and was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool was nice but a little small for such a large property and closed at 8 PM which seemed early.

I liked that it was part of the Row. The bed was comfortable and the staff was kind and accomodating. When we got to our room, we discovered a very large wet spot on the floor. We called and reported it and they offered to switch our room. We had already gotten settled ao opted to not do that, but they were kind and offered to switch the room for us.

Impossible to win at the slot machines at any of 3 Ceasars casinos. Heard no machines paying , saw no casino employees paying out jackpots. The room and hotel were fine. Food choices were great.
