My company put us up in the hotel for the week and when I arrived, I advised the staff at the front desk that my coworker and I were going to be switching midway through the stay and then back a couple days later. We were told multiple times that at least the bedding could be changed, but this never happened. The first time my coworker had to go to the front desk when she arrived and had to walk over with housekeeping to get the bedding changed. We were assured by Debra that the room would be cleaned again a couple days later when we switched and it was not. I had to sleep in the same bed as my coworker had slept in which is completely unacceptable.
In addition, the people staying in room 328 were up and loud all hours of the night. Out in the common area near the fire pit smoking pot, drinking and listening to very loud music. My coworker advised the front desk of this and nothing was done.
Last complaint is that there is music playing outside 24/7 by the pool house. We can hear this in the rooms so it was never quiet for my entire stay. Sadly my company will not use this hotel anymore.
