The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We loved that it was in a very walkable area, close to lots of shops and restaurants. We were only there one night, but we had wished we could have stayed a bit longer.
We were in the 2nd story apartment, so there were some narrow stairs to climb for bringing up luggage, but this was not an issue for us. We did not receive a direct contact for this rental, whereas we had one for other places we stayed at.

Very hard to get in touch with the customer support. We were trying to receive a code for the lockbox key for 2 days and got it just a few hours before landing in Reykjavik. Frustrating and stressful
