Pretty ok!

Good location, quiet rooms despite busy street. Nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room. I have stayed here before and would again. The room wasnt as clean as I might have liked, there was a few stray hairs in the bedding (thankfully that was *all* I found when I checked) and the room was quite dusty. Bathrooms are tiny and have a very strong sulfur smell, takes some time to get cold drinking water. Staff was helpful and able to grant early check in.

Rasa the front desk receptionist legitimately saved my life. I was robbed in Iceland and was completely stranded. Rasa helped me any way she could, and I managed to make it back home!! Truly the nicest receptionist I have ever encountered and she went above and beyond to try to help me.

I felt very relaxed at this hotel. It was nice and quiet, central and close to everything. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to help. The rooms were fairly big and had everything we needed. We opted for a studio so we could have some kitchen facilities. This included a hob and microwave, fridge and kettle with some pans and cutlery. It was perfect for our needs. The breakfast featured a big spread and was replenished often. There was luggage room to store luggage until check in free of charge, which was very helpful. We will be returning. Some people complained about there being no English tea on offer at breakfast. However, what I will politely remind people that Iceland is not England. if you do feel you need a specific drink that is alien to a country you are visiting and they may not have, perhaps bring your own from home. It's in poor taste to blame the hotel for not catering for the breakfast norms of other countries.

Great place if you want to be in the center of everything. Can be a little loud at night with the clubs but we didn’t mind. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

We loved the hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was there were only a couple TV channels in English but overall our stay was perfect. Me being a woman, I want to acknowledge the women staff at the front desk and cleaning the rooms were so friendly, extremely helpful, and went out of their way to help us. The men at the front desk avoided any sort of conversation or eye contact, anything. Not welcoming.

Nice cheap place in the centre of downtown. Nothing special, but is exactly all you need. No parking, but a parking garage nearby for a fee. Very polite staff, breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again.
