Lovely property, staff, and complimentary food/beverage from their kitchen! Clean and kept up facilities (pool/hot tub, gym, etc). Nice showers:))

I expected better

Booked my room well over a month in advance just for them to call me an hour before check in and say they overbooked and the room I booked isn’t available. They offered a different room & I heard olders kids playing, screaming, yelling, cursing, all night to the point I could not sleep. Finally got fed up at 230am & called Front desk to report but no answer. Not a great stay.

Crystal and Carly were exceptional staff and manager. The two of them made my stay one of the best ever! This hotel is at the top of my list of places to stay because of their professionalism, kindness, and knowledge. They both went above and beyond their call of duty during my stay. Drury needs more like these ladies!
