Pros: The staff was courteous and very helpful with any questions. Response from staff when I had an issue was quick and immediate. Affordable. Cons: The room was not that clean. Cigarette smoke odor was potent in both rooms. The smell is still stuck on my clothes two days later. Beddings had visible stains on them. The area around the toilet was leaking so anytime you stepped into the bathroom, water would come up between the seams in the flooring. Yes, that’s right, toilet water coming up from the floors. I let them know and they promptly switched my room, no extra charge. The new room had no leak, but it was just as run-down. There were numerous loud fights going on outside and in some of the rooms during the day and through the night.

Nonsmoking building reeked of tobacco smoke. Electrical outlets in the vanity area did not work even after resetting the GFI. Roaches under the coffee maker. Dirty & stained bed spread covering.
