The room was nice. Staff friendly. Nobody was at desk when we checked out, and we were there waiting a while. We left a note to report the shower having sharp edges on the handle and fridge not working. I also tightened the toilet seat which totally loose when we arrived. no biggie. It was a good stay overall. good breakfast.

Great stay!

Costumer service at the front desk-excellent! Very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and beds are comfortable. Hot breakfast was served from 6-9, and it was alright. They can improve on the quality of coffee, it tasted like water. We were very tired, and had no problem falling or staying asleep due to noise, but if you are sensitive to noise, consider the fact that the back side of the hotel face the busy I-96.

My first choice while visiting King’s Dominion!

This is our second time staying here this summer while we visited King’s Dominion. Breakfast is awesome. The pancake machine is a huge hit with my 9 year old. The rooms are nice, modern, clean, comfortable. Lobby is fun, we like all the various seating options.

Upon arrival we got on the elevator. The elevator was not working and there was not a sign saying it wasn’t working. My husband and I got stuck on it for some time. When we finally got off, we said something to a member of the cleaning crew and she responded no bueno. We went to a concert and returned to the hotel around 11p.m. to find a full blown party of about 50 people in the lobby. They even had a huge bar set up. We were fine with the noise and chaos in the lobby, but then people started to carry it into the hallways. We packed our stuff up and left around midnight. Completely unacceptable.
