Located in the desirable Peconic Bay part of Southampton town between Hamptons' famous beaches and North Fork's wine coutry. The location is perfect for a quiet vacations yet a short drive to water park, aquarium, Tanger outlets, restaurants, wineries, breweries, golf courses and farms with localy grown produce and family activities.
This stunning 4 bed, 3 Bath has been carefully crafted and decorated to the highest of standards.
The entry level features a very large open plan kitchen, dining and living room, all with breath-taking water views, one bedroom, full bath and an additional bonus room with tv that could serve as an extra sleeping area, den or an excercising space.
