What a wonderful location! Out back there is a gazebo and some chairs and a walkway to the water. Just be warned you can’t go on the water it is blocked off due to breakage of footing. Very quiet and felt safe. Very clean and was able to use television apps to watch movies. Nice sunlike and AC/heat. The beds?! Oh my!!! :) Only thing we were bummed about was the breakfast was a little skimpy for the price of rooms but overall a lovely experience. Front desk was very kind and welcoming. Definitely will be returning. Also the surrounding towns have cute little places

The place is a little bit outdated nature a little bit of uplift but other than that it's still the best deal on Long Island and especially around Riverhead. Well worth the $97 that they are charging, but every other place is $200 and not worth it.

The hotel was conveniently located and staff very friendly. The room was probably one of the smallest I’ve ever been in, and there was no closet, but it was very comfortable and otherwise had everything I needed - a very nice space!

Good: affordable and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Bad: we could hear way too much if EVERYTHING going onbin neighboring rooms and outside, including things like snoring and alarm clocks. Clearly too, not muffled sounds. The wifi wasnt strong enough to maintain stsble connections.

I was definitely not impressed with this place at all again it was a very small rental. And they you know advertise that they give you breakfast which is just not breakfast I mean a couple of donuts is not breakfast
