The hotel it’s self is actually very nice and modern and the staff were very polite all the time and were happy to help. The rooms were small but that didn’t matter to us and we would spend all of our time being out anyway. The room did get hot at night time and the air con wasn’t great but there is a massive window that you can open so we just had that and it was fine. We didn’t have breakfast as that’s not our thing so can’t comment on that. WiFi was good. Overall it was a nice stay

Great location- 4 mins walk to Pimlico underground station. Clean well maintained street. Nice clean, very well designed lobby and room. Room has all you might need on the trip, even kettle. Very glad I stayed here.

Extremely small hotel/ rooms. The shower was really bad and had next to no pressure. Also the shower had no door and so water went all of over the bathroom when you used it. Not a great choice for breakfast. The hotel could do with updating and the beds were very uncomfortable. On the Monday morning building work across the road started at 2AM!!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Good location but note it is a 5 minute uphill walk from the TOP of he Spanish Steps.

Quiet, nice stay in Rome

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were a bit small, but that is to be expected in Europe. The location was convenient to most restaurants and sights. Overall, great short stay in Rome. One note, the hotel is immediately next to a strip club, which may be bothersome to families. However, we didn’t hear anything during our stay so it wasn’t a concern for us.

Great Place Within Walking Distance

You can walk most anywhere in the city from here (if you are in good shape) it isn’t super fancy but it is clean and has everything you need. They even had a few English tv channels if you need to see the news. WiFi is available but a little spotty at times. It was a clean room with a small bathroom but no complaints. If you were very tall it may be hard to sit on the toilet. I am 6 feet and my knees nearly touched the wall.

The hotel is small - smaller than I thought. Their elevator is small with max 3 persons in it. It feels cramped. Hotel room is also small with no room to relax. Window is close and can not be open and effectively there is no window in the room. Corridor is also small.
