We had a reservation for only one night and were flying home the next morning. Honestly, the only good part of this hotel was the proximity to the airport. When we arrived in the late evening, the property looked nice at first glance, but we quickly realized that was not actually the case upon arriving at our room, which was in the courtyard area. Upon opening the door we noticed a weird musty/moldy smell along with it being cold despite the AC being at 23 C. Next, we noticed a stronger moldy/musty faint sewage smell in the bathroom and found several areas of concern. Most evident issue was the lack of a proper shower floor which had different molds all over, and mold along the edges of the glass door. There was also a patch of mold on the ceiling.This brings me to the fact that the everything on the bed - comforter, blankets, sheets, pillows - were all damp somehow. If it wasn't so late, we would have requested another room. Honestly probably should have regardless as we suffered from allergies as a result of the mold. In addition, the bed was very squeaky, and the mini fridge was loud and made horrible noises. Lastly, when we booked there was supposed to be a breakfast buffet included, but that wasn't the case when we got there as they tried to have us pay for it - we declined. In addition, though I thought the airport shuttle was free, they wanted 10 euros per person for it - we took a taxi instead, and it cost us significantly less than this. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Description said 3 miles from FCO airport but it was not. Taxi ride was $25 from FCO! Layout and design of the room was like being in a garage. Fixtures were not affixed properly, leaking pipe in bathroom. Amenities basically nonexistent. For the price, it may have been ‘fair’ but the location was not what I was looking for. Relatively clean. Staff friendly, helpful. Shuttle TO the airport was timely and cost 8€/person.
