not what I booked on Wotif

Not what I booked on wotif. Room was supposed to be a quadruple (option was two queen size beds or 4 twins) with an extra bed for our booked 2 adults 3 kids. On arrival the host charge my wife cash even though we had already prepaid (I sorted that out later) and room was a only a small twin room with just 2 rollaway beds making the quadruple. After lots of negotiation we shoehorned a 3rd rollaway and sardined ourself in. Lucky Rome is so great we spent a maximum of 12 hour and in the room I. 3 days. Worst accommodation all month, but definitely not the cheapest. Only wotif I booked, will stick to other better sites next time. Lesson learnt.
