This great little hotel is conveniently located and the staff are wonderful. It’s not ‘fancy pants’ but affordable and the included breakfast is a gem. We are staying again….

Location incredible, close to metro. Room was very clean as they respected our request for daily housekeeping, but issues with the sink leaking and window didn't have a screen to block insects so could not enjoy fresh air. Workers were kind and accommodating. I would come back!

Clean and convenient location, very close to the Spanish Steps and the Spagna Metro Station. Reasonable price (for Rome). Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The climate control system is confusing, and blew too cold. We ended up shutting it off, and simply opening the window, which brought in fresh air, but also much city noise. Breakfast was simple but nice and ample. The guy in charge of the breakfast operation seemed confused and inefficient, but the female attendants were very good. Just hope you get served by one of the women, instead of the guy. Overall though, this hotel was very good, and we would stay there again in the future.

If we go back to Rome, we would definitely stay here again. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the Metro and walkability to many landmarks. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay! Excellent location-very close to the top of the Spanish steps, friendly staff, the room although smaller, was beautifully decorated in art deco style, and had all needed amenities. I would definitely love to stay at Hotel Gregoriana again.

This was my second time staying here! Love the location. Love the breakfast. All staff were great but I LOVED the night front desk manager (I’m sorry I forget his name but he was on Oct 25 and 27). Room Was clean and adequate! I’ll stay there again.

The hotel was a lot nicer than I expected. We were able to check in early which was very appreciated, and was a fast check in experience. You get one manual key for the room and you must return it to the front desk whenever you leave the building, but there is someone at the desk 24/7. The elevator is tiny, so if you are on the heavier side like us, I would only use it if absolutely necessary. The room we had was small, but was fine if you just need a place to sleep after being out all day. The pillows were firm, but not uncomfortable. Breakfast was included, but is served to you. The only items kept out are fruit. I only missed breakfast one day (during the open hours) because the attendant was not in the room, but I was still able to get fruit so I did not leave hungry. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This was the first hotel we stayed in during our 2 week trip, and it was a very pleasant experience.

Loved this small boutique hotel. My single room had everything I needed for a weeklong stay in Rome. Breakfast had a lot of choices, everything’s fresh & delicious. Stefano and the rest of the staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!!!

The staff was great. We came in way early, before check in time and of course our room wasn’t ready, yet they very graciously offered us breakfast before we set out for the rest of the day. When we came back to check in, our bags had been placed in our very clean room.
