We stayed at Hotel Hiberia for 5 days and couldn't have been happier with the reception staff and cleanliness of the hotel. We had a problem with our day tour and Rafael called the company for us early in the morning which saved us A LOT of problems. Even the tour guide told us he'll recommend the hotel to his customers because the service had been excellent. It was an easy walk to the trevi fountain in one direction and the colosseum in the other direction. There's a small cafe across the road with nice sandwiches, biscuits and coffee and a nice gelato place is close by as well. Overall very happy with our stay, would definitely come back again.

Excellent Location, Amazing Reception Staff

Pros: The location and staff were the highlights. Comfortable bed, and clean room.
Cons: The bathroom was quite rundown, the shower curtain and area was very slippery as water was not contained from the shower The sink was loose from wall.
Location: Collosseum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Republicca, Shopping ans Restaurants, all close by!
This is a great location, central and walking distance to main attractions. The reception staff were amazing.

Great Hotel

Great hotel close to all main tourist attractions. Rooms were clean & had everything one needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well catered.

Nice hotel with good location
