I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch—and a big part of that was thanks to Pasquale. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering local tips, helping with anything I needed, and always greeting me with a warm smile. The hotel itself was clean, charming, and perfectly located, but it was the personalized service—especially from Pasquale—that made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommend staying here, and if you’re lucky enough to meet Pasquale, you’re in great hands!

Close to a lot of restaurants and of course the Vatican. But what sets this place apart is the host, he goes out of his way to make sure your stay is amazing. I highly recommend this place to all looking for a private room with a view of saints peters basilica. 10/10

Great location with all you need and convenience

Excellent location with lots of nice restaurants around. Super close to Vertican Museum and with bus stops and metro stations nearby. Host is nice and friendly with quick response to request. I love their digital assess to all doors. Lift is neat and fast. We enjoyed a lot and had good time staying there.

Bad night

It was a bad experience, in the photo and details of the reservation the only real thing was the color of the walls, the bathroom of the room shown was not, the toilet broken, the old bathtub looked like a birdhouse with old furniture and bad smell always, old coffee maker and bad smell, offered breakfast every day and did not comply, I felt cheated, the air did not cool and the owner said that's what there is! Very rude always saying that the money was not returnable, we asked them to change our room and he said that's what there is if they want to leave but there is no money back, that property should be removed from the system everything is old.

The room we got was very small, if you are a big person isn’t convenient for you, the shower room is literally 2X2 feet so is very difficult to have a shower. And the ads said breakfast included but it wasn’t so don’t count it on. Excellent location if your purpose is to go to the Vatican City, no more than 10 mins walk in slow pace

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights in October. It's in a great location right beside the Vatican. Pasquale was a great host and met us outside when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, however the shower is ridiculously tiny. Not sure anything could be done, but it was the only issue we had.

It was a great hotel near to st peter's squares. Very safe to walk at night. Pascual was great friendly and on top of things. Arrange my transportation to airport and pick up. I didn't had to worry about anything. I had a great time with my 2 daughter's.

The place is very convenient and walkable to the Vatican and the train station, there are good restaurants and shops around the area, the place is clean and we felt safe walking even at night. The best thing is the host Pasquale is very nice and accommodating, and responds immediately with emails and phone calls. We will recommend this place to our friends and we will stay here again next time.

Firstly, this property is NOT a bed and breakfast, it is falsely advertised, there is no breakfast available. Essentially it was a room within an apartment. We did find a good breakfast cafe a short walk away but we were disappointed that there was no breakfast as stated. This needs rectified! We arrived late in the evening and after some confusion access to the building/apartment/room was easy and you felt quite secure. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 children (16&14), the room and bathroom was clean and hygienic. There are limited facilities in the accommodation. There were 4 cups in the room, but no coffee/tea making facilities which was confusing and disappointing. By far the best part of this accommodation was the location, facing the Vatican and easy reach of transport links. We only met staff once on our 4 day visit, she was friendly and informative. If you go to this accommodation expect no frills, it is basic, however, it is a good base for exploring beautiful room and as long as your expectations are not too high you will be OK.

Very dusty room. We had to move out after 2 nights and rented a hotel because we couldn’t sleep from too much dust. It seems that the room was never vaccumed. It should be against the law to rent rooms with hazardous conditions. The room is very small and area outside is very busy. I don’t mind any of this. But if you can not breathe and your kids are coughing the whole night, it is criminal. This stay made our vacation horrible.
