The staff person was nice and helpful and greeted us upon arrival. The walls to the room were paper thin and we could hear the guests from other rooms. THe stairwell leading up to the room was very dark and the noises that could be heard made it hard to sleep. We were a bit disappointed in General. The shower held water and overflowed after a short shower.

Maryam was the most lovely host and my room was absolutely perfect. It was my first time in Italy traveling as a solo female and this accommodation was exactly what I needed. Clean, spacious, lovely view overlooking streets of Rome and close proximity to tourist sites. On arrival Maryam gave me a map and showed me all the sites and how to get to everything. At the time of checkout she was gracious in allowing me to check out at a later time to accommodate my train schedule. Another bonus was that they have an elevator which made handling luggage much easier.

The room was clean, cozy and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect, close to many of Rome’s main attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The hotel manager, Maryam, was helpful in reaching out via WhatsApp to arrange our airport pick-up service and recommend excellent options for a variety of dining options!

Maryam was very helpful in checking us in. She gave lots of recommendations of the area and helped with transportation suggestions. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit in Rome. Very convenient location and very easy checkout. Most importantly the room was very clean and had access to internet, fridge and coffee for morning. Likely would stay here again in our next visit!

Disappointed!

The initial contact with the host was good however there were some issues with the apartment. The shower pressure was so bad making it difficult to have a shower, on the second night of our stay there was no hot water at all both of these incidents were reported to the host and they didn’t get back to in a reasonable amount of time to sort this out, actually replying on the morning of our departure. being unable to have a good shower is not acceptable and certainly when there’s no hot water. On the plus side the location is excellent. Five minutes walk from the Trevi fountain and easy to access by the bus service from Rimini station.

I initially booked Comfort suit room with city view but when I came they said there never had such kinda room and it was Expedia that put in wrong information. They ended up giving me a regular double room. When I told them I paid more to be in comfort suit they kept saying it’s Expedia mistake. Spoke to Expedia to resolve clarify the problem but they also had a hard time reaching the owner. The receptionist girl tried to reach back to the owner to define the problems to help us and the owner said she will give me partial refund. The difference of the price I paid was $87 as the receptionist showed me. The next day when we checked out the receptionist said the owner will PayPal us. I gave them 2 days and they never did. The room itself has a weird placement for the AC so it’s never cold enough. The overall experience was just obnoxious. It’s crazy to read someone’s comment who has the same experience. Wondering if they plan to scam us this way…

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked great (which was a lifesaver in the heat), and the concierge was incredibly helpful and friendly.
