Overall, it was a nice stay. The staff, for the most part, was great. They welcomed us to breakfast since we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. The manager of the restaurant was not friendly; she was borderline rude. Also, the housekeeping only consisted of making the beds and emptying trash. The hotel is walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, etc. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

The location isn’t the best. First time to Rome so I didn’t know that while the Glam hotel is located in the city center, it isn’t quite in the best location of city center. The room needs some attention - examples, heated clothing rack was not working, hand towel rack came loose, etc. housekeeping is the worst I’ve experienced. They don’t replace drinking glasses or wipe down tables. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The Glam hotel is located in the perfect location with 15 minute walk to all the main attractions. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying there for a long weekend

Kinda far to attractions. Need to walk over a mile to get to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona. Has daily breakfast, bed comfortable, felt safe, front desk helpful getting a taxi, but a little dated, shower has no privacy.

Rome: a terrific location and hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Glam - beds were comfortable and the breakfast was a perfect start for our day. The only negative is we booked a room for 3 people and there was no privacy for the shower. The hotel accommodated quickly with a portable screen which offered more privacy. Great location and was an easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Colosseum.

The location is great. The hotel for its value was expensive. I had higher expectations. Staff were snubbish. Some good and some really rude. Our coffee maker and soap dispenser werent working and when we told them they did nothing.there are many cute boutique hotels around that location Read the reviews and make a good decidion.
