Surprisingly Nice

Looks like just another "motel," but is surprisingly nice. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Nice, big refrigerator. Very convenient location right off I-5 (but, again, the room was very quiet.) One odd thing....desk clerk (and receipt print-out) would not disclose the price paid, because it was booked through a "third party." Never encountered that before. I'll certainly be checking my credit card charges to make sure it's correct!

Noise factor…room #112..2-3 above units ….were voiced and heavy foot traffic.. Parking 6’ out from door to room…loud…some families of untethered children …and adults totally unaware apparently of such noise at 7:30 am …even though all appeared to be on some sort of vaca…anyways…corner unit…2 conjoining staircases did not help. 1 particular man in. White p/u truck came into the 2 lane lobby entrance..swung way over into the lane I was in and staed’slow fown’…I was appalled to learn from his loud self That ‘he worked there…do slow down’ I was respectful, when I stated apparently he was still learning to drive as you came 2/3 into my lane as I waited for you to complete your way out of control turn…. I then proceed to leave and enjoy the day…. Toilet seat cover was a very inexpensive type that was broken at the rear attachment point on one side, plus the toilet had been set lopsided..and rocks… Rest of staff was quite pleasant.

Staff upon check in was not very pleasant. We were assigned a room and given a key. A few hours later our room opened and someone walked in....they were assigned the same room and given a key. Addressed it with front desk. The rooms were clean but the overall facilities were pretty tired. Definitely wouldn't stay again.

The inside of the room was clean but the outside stairs and walkway were falling apart. Also, while trying to relax on a hot afternoon there was a painter in the next door room and outside our door singing, nonstop, loud, while He worked. With head phones on no less. Very hard to relax.

It was the worst hotel i have ever been to employees very ride the ac barely worked and very poor costmer service and poor management do better. Will never go again a wast of money wasnt able to take a shower as the nob was broken and couldnt get hot water and the tub wouldnt hold water as that was brok as well. Everything was good. Breakfast was not great but what was offered was ok. Biggest thing was loud heater/AC that kept me up all night and couldn't be turned off. I can't stay at a place I can't sleep at no matter how much I enjoyed everything else there.

We prepaid for a room with a jetted tub, but when we got to the hotel, they said that it wasn't one of the dog-friendly rooms. But on Expedia, the hotel shows as dog-friendly without any designation between room type. I worked in hotels, this is a dumb clerical error and easy textual update for a hotel to make. Anyway, our issue wasn't with taking a different room. It was that the hotel had 3 opportunities to talk to us and never did--1) when we emailed to let them know about the dog, 2) when we confirmed our check-in time on the phone, and 3) at check-in. I think the front desk staff just checked us in, hoping we'd forget what we booked. It felt like they tried to pull a fast one. It was also a waste of time to send us off after check-in, only to put us in a position where we didn't know why we were given the wrong room and had to come back and wait in line again. In the end, they didn't apologize, would not honor to the room type we booked, and would not refund the difference. So, we took the downgraded room and called Expedia to get a partial refund, and they were really awesome.

It was Mother's Day weekend trip. We booked 2 rooms next to each other. It was comfortable, clean, and nice. Wish the pool or hot tub was available. Complimentary breakfast was good, would love it if they could replenish more for the late risers. Staff was nice and provided great customer service. Would probably stay here again, great price for the weekend.

Good Customer Service & Clean

Check in was easy & fast. Jupiter has a great personality & service at the front desk. The Room was clean, only thing that felt a little uncomfortable is the mattress bcoz it's was spring. The morning team at the front desk & breakfast team also offered great customer service.
