Great Place To Stay!!!

I am a retired hotel inspector, so I know Service and Cleanliness. My check-in was very friendly and informative. I travel with my Service Dog and she was welcomed. My room was clean and the a/c set to comfort. There was a balcony facing the river and a small garden/dog park. All in all...it was very refreshing.

The garden was nice, but you saw a tent city of homless from it. The rooms stuck bad. The bathbub was dirty. Breakfast was lacking.

Check in staff was friendly. There are stairs, so people should be aware if that is an issue. Our neighbors were out on their balcony hooting and hollering past 9:00 PM. Bedding was clean. The bathroom really needed some attention to detail cleaning. It would be nice if there were more than one electrical outlet by the bedside table. It was an okay stay, but wouldn’t recommend.

Short and sweet

Due to driving nine hours that day, I was very tired and checked in around 11 PM that evening for our reservations. The young man was very nice and checked me in quickly. I like the fact that they hand you a map and give you restaurant information on the other side. The ADA room was excellent for my daughter and her challenges. I only wish checkout time wasn’t at 11 AM lol

I wouldnt refer to what they had available for breakfast, even continental. But main issue was noise. People out in balcony until 2 am laughing and such, then could hear everyone checking out at 6. Very little insulation against noise. If you are a light sleeper, forget about it. Everything else was nice. Wish could rate higher
