Hotel was fine for the price. I stayed at this same property 10 years ago, and it has really aged since then. The rugs in the hallways are all saggy, the room was out of soap, and everything looked dirtier. The service was fine but 10 years ago the service was outstanding. Also, this is in the middle of the suburbs and they charge for parking. Breakfast was nearly inedible. Disappointed because my expectations were too high. it's more on par with a middle of the road Best Western.

The bed was soft. I think our bed needs to be replaced. The breakfast that was included with the reservation was handed to us in a brown bag. I thought they had a continental breakfast.
