Construction on the roof was very loud and woke up me and my group in the morning, and we were placed on the very top floor. Sent an email regarding this matter as was recommended by the desk person and have been completely ignored. Absolutely the worst hotel and experience ever. Will never recommend and will never return.

They began construction on the roof of the hotel at 8 am on a Sunday morning, we're placed on the third floor directly under the construction. Management claimed that they were unaware that construction would be taking place that morning and refused any solution to rectifying the issue

Terrible check in with a RUDE FD agent Assigned me a room smelling vomit after I decline to stay in a room which was close to water leaks( I actually had asked him not to be on that side) He did everything he could to bother me The room smell was so bad but at this point I was not going to get anywhere with the Front Agent.
