Our TV didn’t work, there was no hot water, we had to shut the water off to the toilet in the night because it continually ran. And in the wind there was something loose and banging on the exterior wall of our room. Also the heater made a loud noise when it turned on and off. We had an early flight and got no sleep.

Staff at front was great, received early check in but not the room requested through Expedia. Stain on ceiling in room, toilet tank leaked when flushed and shower head could not be adjusted unless water sprayed from connector and not out of shower head, only if it were pointed at the back wall. Front desk was great.

The TV didn’t work when they finally fixed it the volume wouldn’t work. Then it wouldn’t shut off we had to unplug it. The hot water in the morning wasn’t working it was luke warm. The hairdryer was broken and wouldn’t turn off, we had to unplug it. No small refrigerator in the room. Not staying here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at the Radisson Hotel Salt Lake Airport for a night before our early morning flight, and it was a great experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient in every way. Having on-site long-term parking made things so easy, and their airport shuttle service was fantastic — they dropped us off right on time and even picked us up when we returned to get our car. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We’ll definitely stay here again before our next trip — it’s the perfect place for travelers flying out of Salt Lake City! ✈️
