Great customer service all around. The front reception was superb and the staff at breakfast was genuinely so welcoming and caring. Slept on cloud nine, thanks to comfi bed and fluffy pillows. Drive about 10 min. To the river walk and Alamo. Lots of road work on ( and around major) highways, plan accordingly.

The walk-in shower had no lip and allowed water to flow into the bathroom floor. The shower head only pointed into the shower curtain and the curtain was 3" short.

Hotel was clean and comfortable AC, but it is outdated. TV only has cable as there are no smart streaming functions. No usb connections for charging items. Our vehicle was broken into with our passenger window shattered. After talking with others in the area they have heard others with same experience as ours at this hotel. The hotel staff were very nice but the hotel in itself should have paid security to monitor the parking lots if this is a continued occurrence. We will not stay here again due to the lack of safety to our vehicle.

Reservations was pleasant, no hick ups, staff attended us before we arrived to make sure they were ready for our family of 7. The stay met all of our needs for those two days. The rooms were clean, fresh, breakfast and dinner served and other drinks as well. parking was available (most of the time parking lots are full makes it frustrating) there were plenty of spots even though the hotel was full. Staff were courteous and friendly, especially during breakfast and dinner. Indoor pool made up for torrential downpour we experienced those two days. It’s a must stay while in San Antonio. Make it your first choice before browsing.
