The front desk agents from check in to check out were very nice. The property was clean and the room was clean. At 8am we had someone knock on our door when we were sleeping and say there were wanting to come in for maintenance. I told them no, to come back in after check out. I called the front desk and told them. Them again at 9:30 they knocked saying they needed to come inside the room to work on the air conditioner. I told them again, no they can come in after check out which was 11. This was really bad for our stay on all accounts. Did they think we were going to be in the room with the maintenance crew? Why would I pay for a stay that included strangers staying in the room with us too? Not ok!

The lady in the front desk was really nice and with a smile always. I didn’t get her name but would really like to thank her for making our stay a great one.
