TLC needed, 1st time Hilton hotel dissapoints.

Stayed in a room close to the elevator. Didn't get much sleep as you could hear the comotion of people entering and exiting the the elevator throughout the night. The restroom needs more TLC. The toilet needs to be remounted so that its sturdy and the valves were rusty. The pool needs to be better maintained. Breakfast is plain, just cereal and bagels. Nice location on the outskirts of SA.

The stay and room where good, but the pool area seems to need maitenance and also the elevator got stuck a couple of times. Bt other than that the stay was good.

Very basic

There are no microwaves, which is weird. It is a Hilton. No plastic cups to use while brushing one's teeth. Free coffee in lobby but not in room. Nothing extra actually. No hair dryer but does have iron & board. I did not have an ice bucket but found one in laundry room. High quality TV. Very spacious. Interesting desk. Toast/bagel/cereal breakfast. Both ladies at the desk were kind & helpful.

Terrible noise

The room was clean but the neighbors did a party with loud music all the night until 4:30am. The wall was very thin and so you hear everything from the other rooms. Very disappointed.
