    Shocking customer service

    I didn't actually get to stay here. 48 hours before I was due to arrive I still hadn't received any check in information, host was not responding to messages, Vrbo customer service agent was next to useless. So I had to book alternative accommodation which has left me £££ out of pocket book alternative alternative accommodation
