The staff at this hotel were very nice. I would give the staff 5 stars. However, the rooms were not so great. There were holes in our bathroom towels. This is not something I would expect from a Holiday Inn. I honestly left feeling like I stayed at a 1 star motel.

Nice place

Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, nice simple breakfast, free parking, close to dining and shopping. Right off the freeway. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It’s an older building, thin wall, a little noise from the hallways and upper rooms. You check in on the second floor. I believe there are 3 floors I enjoyed the fitness center though it’s not over Equipt. It is on the first floor, as well as our room. The sliding glass do or to the balcony can be opened to enjoy the ocean breeze. HBO TV series was good something we never saw. The food is OK but you are trapped back in a small corner with few seats. I did enjoy my stay.

Our room was great and very clean. You can grab coffee in the breakfast room all day or night and the staff were very nice!!! We will always stay here from now on. The pool area though wasn’t very great
