We are a family of 4 that was relocated to So Cal for work. Luckily we found Cypress Perch in San Clemente. We stayed here 2 weeks while looking for a permanent residence. It has absolutely everything needed including a great backyard overlooking a golf course and a fun game room for the kids. Close to parks, shopping and the beach. Also came full of amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, detergent. What a great hospitality- Ross and Dana were perfect hosts.

Nice home but could use some updates
Good communication from host but a little annoying I was hit with very high dog charges after booking and being accepted with disclosing dogs. Fortunately host knocked them down a bit, but considering rate I paid still seemed unfair.
Otherwise houses is simple and clean - could use some updates like rugs and maintenance. Ross was good at communicating and check in was easy.

Location not desirable, sketchy neighborhood, inside home recently updated
Disappointed when we drove up the first time. Expected the outside to be as nice as the inside. (Now we know why no pictures of front and outside of home) Booked for one month, ended up only staying two weeks. Area did not feel safe.
