This property was well located and the views from our rooms were excellent. It is in the process of getting a much needed facelift, but the bones are lovely. The staff provided us with all we needed to have a relaxing and satisfying stay. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job in room cleaning. I am very pleased to recommend this hotel.

Overall my husbands & i stay was great, however, the parking space was a little too tight for our truck. The room was paid for a balcony view, but we got a corner room which only allowed one person to be outside at a time. As far as the room, a travel size toothpaste would have been appreciated.

The only reason I give this property a moderate overall review is the lack of food for me on any of the menus. I stayed for a retreat, and hand had to bring in my own food, because I am vegan. I strongly urge this property to include vegan options on the menu, so vegans can stay at the hotel and eat well.

Dated, Noisy and smelly.

Too mildewy. Room description didn’t indicate first floor as others did. Very noisy above. Nightstands need lamps with outlets. Bathrooms need to be updated. Interior design was tasteful but felt like trying to put lipstick on a pig. Great location and view of boats. However people working on boats were loud. Also didn’t realize location was in flight path of airport across the harbor which was quite loud.

They had reopened after extensive renovations, especially to the dining are, and other renovations were ongoing. Even with all that, it was clean and quiet, and the pool and spa were very nice.
